UPON consideration of the documents lodged by the Claimant

AND UPON considering that the Claimant’s anonymity is required for the protection of his life and/or liberty and/or private life

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. Until further order, and pursuant to CPR 39.2(4), the Claimant’s identity shall not be disclosed or reported and the Claimant shall be referred to in these proceedings as “XZS”.
  2. No information shall be disclosed or reported that may lead to the identification of the Claimant whether directly or indirectly.
  3. Pursuant to CPR 5.4C, a person who is not a party to these proceedings may obtain a copy of a Statement of Case, a Judgment or Order from the Court records only if the Statement of Case, Judgment or Order has been anonymised such that the Claimant is referred to as “XZS” in those documents and any address has been removed.
  4. Any person affected by this Order may apply on notice to all parties to have this Order set aside or varied.
  5. Costs reserved.
