UPON the Claimant making an application for an anonymity order pursuant to CPR r.39.2(4) on the basis that:
(a) Such an order is necessary to protect her interests as the claim relates to domestic abuse said to have been
perpetrated against her when she was a child which is said to have been motivated by her sexuality; and
(b) Such an order is necessary to secure the proper administration of justice as the absence of such an order would
render Cavanagh J’s order of 09 June 2021 ineffective.
AND UPON the Court considering the Claimant’s application and the order of Cavanagh Jin C0/2013/2021
AND UPON the Court considering that the test under CPR r.39.2(4) is met.

IT IS ORDERED THAT:-
( 1) The publication or communication of any information likely to identify the Claimant or any member of her
immediate family is prohibited.
(2) The Claimant shall be identified as “Z” in these proceedings.
(3) The matter shall be listed and known as Z v The London Borough of Croydon
(4) A copy of this order shall be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales in accordance
with CPR r.39.2(5).
(5) Any person affected by this order, including members of the media, may apply on 7 days’ notice to the
Claimant to discharge or vary the order.
