Order

Following consideration of the documents lodged by the Claimant  

IT IS ORDERED THAT  

1. The Claimant is granted anonymity on grounds of the right to respect for  his private life. He shall be referred to as “ZP” and no person shall publish or  cause to be published  his name  in  reference  to these  proceedings.    Any  person affected by this Order may apply on notice to all parties to have this  Order set aside or varied. 

2. There shall be a hearing of the Claimant’s application for interim relief on  notice to the Defendant on 11 December 2024 (time estimate: 45 minutes) at  which the Court will decide whether to order the Claimant’s release and, if so,  by which date.  

3.  The  Defendant  shall  inform  the  Court  and  the  Claimant  by  4pm  on  9  December 2024:  

a. whether she consents to the Order being made in the terms proposed by  the Claimant at para 7 of his grounds for judicial review; and  

b. if not, whether she contests: i. an Order for release in principle; or ii. only  the terms of the proposed Order for release, in which case the Defendant  shall set out her alternative terms.  

4. Costs in the case. 

As this Order contains provisions for anonymity, pursuant to CPR 39.2(5), a  copy  of  this  Order  shall  be  published  on  the  website  of  the  Judiciary  of  England and Wales (which may be found at www.judiciary.uk).
