The decision concerned infringements of the Competition Act 1998, in relation to the sale of instant release hydrocortisone tablets. Hydrocortisone is a long-established pharmaceutical product that is used to treat adrenal insufficiency. These matters deal with abuse of dominance infringements. cartel infringements, and unfairness and disproportionality regarding penalty.
