By Appellant’s Notices filed on 8 July, the Claimants and Part 20 Defendants in each case appeal the Order of Mr Justice Meade dated 24 June 2022 in which he found European Patent (UK) 1 559 427 B1 and supplementary protection certification SPC/GB13/035 valid and would be infringed by the Appellants’ proposed acts. Permission to appeal was granted by paragraph 10 of the Order of 24 June 2022.
