The Secretary of State for the Home Department appeals the decision of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum) promulgated on 25th July 2024 allowing the appeal on Article 8 ECHR grounds but dismissing it on Article 3 and protection grounds.
These are in the context of and in response to a deportation decision following sentences amounting to 62 months running concurrently relating to a series of offences committed while under the influence of Class A drugs including attacks on and robbery of women.
