The Appellants are citizens of Somalia living in Kenya. Between March and November 2020 they each applied for an EEA Family Permit to come to the UK. The basis of that application was that they were dependent on the Sponsor, a Dutch national residing in the UK. The Respondent refused their application and the
First-tier Tribunal dismissed their linked appeals. The Upper Tribunal then dismissed their appeals against that decision.
