By Appellant’s Notice filed on 18 December 2023, the Respondent (in the EAT) appeals against the order made by the Employment Appeals Tribunal sealed on 28 November 2023.
The EAT overturned the ET’s decision that there was a fair redundancy process and substituted its view that there was inadequate consultation, and that therefore the dismissal was unfair. The EAT remitted the matter to the same ET to determine remedy.
