By appellant’s notice filed on 30 August 2022, the appellant/first defendant appeals the order of ICC Judge Jones, sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge dated 17 June 2022, whereby he ordered that the claimant shall be paid £21,188 for the shares, which are already treated as transferred, plus interest.
Background – This appeal arises out of a dispute between the parties regarding the valuation of shares in the Defendant formerly held by the claimant.
