The Appellant appeals against the committal order from the High Court on 7 November 2025 sentencing him to prison for 20 months. He was ordered to pay £150,000 costs to the Respondent.
Commerzbank brought contempt proceedings against the Appellant, a former KYC Analyst, after his failed Employment Tribunal claims alleging discrimination and sexual harassment. The High Court found that the Appellant had committed serious contempt by knowingly making false statements of truth and giving false evidence under oath.
