By an Appellant’s Notice filed on 16 July 2025, the Applicant (Claimant below) Al-Haq, seeks permission to appeal the decision of Lord Justice Males and Mrs Justice Steyn, sitting as Judges of the High Court, dated 7 July 2025, by which they refused permission to bring a judicial review claim.
The Claimant sought judicial review of the Defendant’s decision dated 2 September 2024 which suspended licences authorising the export of items that might be used in carrying out or facilitating Israeli operations in the Gaza conflict as the suspension excluded licences for the export of components for F-35 combat aircrafts which could not be identified as destined for Israel.
