By appellant’s notice filed on 6 September 2022, the appellant appeals the decision of the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) dated 20 July 2022, whereby he dismissed the appeal.
The UT upheld the decision of the FTT that the respondent had acquired the rights to manage the relevant premises. The ground of appeal related to whether a shared ownership lease is a long lease for the purpose of identifying the qualifying tenant on whom a notice of intention to exercise the right to manage conferred by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2022 must be served.
