By appellant’s notice filed on 16 January 2023, the first defendant and Part 20 Claimants/appellants, appeal the order of Nicholas Thompsell, sitting as a High Court Judge, dated 30 November 2023, in which he ordered the legal and beneficial interests in the properties in “the Schedule A Properties” be transferred to the Claimant from the partnership estate and the Claimant shall not be required to make any monetary payment in respect of such transfers and made orders as to the valuation of the properties and the appointment of a Valuer.
