By an Appellant’s Notice filed on 30 August 2023, the respondents below appeal the Order dated 10 August 2023 of Simon Gleeson sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Business and Property Court in which he made declarations on the effect of certain contractual provisions in three securitisation transactions and the consequent validity of steps taken pursuant to those provisions.
