Appeal against the decision of Mrs Justice Thornton sitting in the Planning Court dated 6 December 2021 whereby the claim was dismissed.
The claimant sought to challenge the decision of Chelmsford City Council of 13 January 2021 to refuse the application made by Mr G Sharp CCC Property for planning permission for a development. The claimant is a local resident who supported the application.
