Appeal against the decision of Mrs Justice Lang dated 28 March 2022 sitting in the planning court, whereby permission to apply for judicial review was refused
The Appellant sought permission to judicially review the decision of East Suffolk Council of 17 September 2021 to issue two notices under the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010. The first is a revised Liability Notice under regulation 65 (replacing a Liability Notice served in 2020) and the second is a Demand Notice issued under Regulation 69.
