(1) By Appellant’s Notice filed on 3 July 2024, the Intervenor in the financial remedy proceedings, appeals the order of HHJ Edward Hess sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Central Family Court following his judgment of 29 May 2024.
(2) By Appellant’s Notice filed on 3 July 2024, the Husband appeals the same order. The Husband’s appeal will be heard on the first day and the Intervenor’s appeal will be heard on the second day.
