By Appellant’s Notice filed on 18 July 2023, the Appellant Bank appeals the Order, dated 28 June 2023 of Dias J, sitting in the Commercial Court in which she declared that interest on under section 17 became due within the meeting of s24(2) of the Act on the date of the original Order. As a consequence, the claim for interest on the costs was, in part statute-barred.
