By Appellant’s Notice filed on 11 April 2023 the Appellant appeal the Orders dated 8 March 2023 and 21 March 2023 of HHJ Hodge KC sitting as a High Court Judge, in the Business and Property Court, Insolvency and Companies List, in which he declared the conversion of the Respondent’s Preferred Shares in the Appellant to Ordinary Shares to be void and ordered costs against the Appellant.
The Appellant is a medical and health technology company. Towards the end of 2021 and early 2022, the Appellant sought to raise significant funding in reliance of a substantial contract for supply of clinical products to the NHS.
