Appeal of the Order of Mr Adrian Jack (sitting as a DHCJ) dated 22 November 2022 that determined the trial of the liability phase of the Respondents’ unfair prejudice petition.
The petition was brought under section 994(1) of the Companies Act 2006 by two shareholders for unfair prejudice. The company, International Automotive Engineering Projects Ltd (“IAEP”), the eighth respondent, was incorporated on 26th September 2012.
