By Appellant’s Notice filed on 24 November 22, two of the Claimants (Dyson Technology Ltd and Dyson Ltd) appeal against an order of Nicklin J dated 31 October 22 determining that a broadcast by the Defendants entitled “Dyson, one of Britain’s best-known firms, faces claims of abuse and exploitation by its former supplier’s Malaysia factories” in the absence of extrinsic evidence known to viewers of the broadcast did not refer to C2 and C3.
