Appeal against the Order of David Halpern KC (sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge) dated 7 December 2022, who determined the trial, as to liability only, of a Part 7 Claim and an associated Section 994 Petition.
The trial arises out of a family dispute which concerns the beneficial ownership of shares in three family companies, Jeeves Estates Ltd (“JEL”), Jeeves Investments Ltd (“JIL”) and Simicare Ltd (“Simicare”).
