By Appellants Notice filed 24 February 2022, the Wife (W) appeals Sir Jonathan Cohen’s sealed amended order dated 3 February 2022, following his judgment of the same date.
The Judge (inter alia) ordered the respondent Husband (H) to pay the applicant Wife (W) a lump sum of £465,000 by 4pm on 16 February 2022, a further lump sum of £550,000 by 4pm on 2 March 2022 (the amended order changed that to 4 April 2022). Save as provided for above, dismissed W’s claims for financial provision, property adjustment and pension sharing orders and directed W is not entitled to make any further application in relation to the marriage pursuant to the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 AND upon H’s death that W shall not be entitled to apply for financial provision out of H’s estate.
