By Appellant’s Notice filed on 25 March 2025, the Appellants (Claimant below) seek to appeal the decision of the High Court on 8 February 2024.

This case concerns losses suffered by the Appellants as a result of a major price-fixing cartel for liquid crystal display (“LCD”) panels operated by the Respondents. The Appellants bought LCD panels in the course of their business.

The Judgment found the Cartel had caused substantial losses to the Applicants, of £4,412,716.
