The underlying action involves the sale of hotels. The Judge found that the Appellant was liable to the First Claimant in dishonest assistance by reason of his having acted as the First Defendant’s nominee in relation to the acquisition and on-sale of the hotels and investment of the hotel profits. The Appellant was ordered to pay equitable compensation plus compound interest.
