The underlying proceedings are a judicial review challenge commenced on 13 June 2023 by multiple Claimants who challenge a decision to make the Houses in Multiple Occupation (Asylum-Seeker Accommodation)(England) Regulations 2023 (“the Regulations”).
The Respondents (Secretary of State for the Home Department and the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities) appeal with permission the order of Swift J. dated 17 November 2023 by which he ordered that they provide unredacted names of junior civil servants and other persons from documents disclosed in these proceedings.
