By Appellant’s Notice filed on 15 March 2004, the Defendant below, Selman Turk appeals the order of Sir Anthony Mann (sitting as a high Court Judge) dated 6 March 2024 in which he committed him to prison for 12 months for his serious failure to comply with the disclosure obligations in a freezing order. That application resulted in is committal to prison, which is now appealed.
