By Appellant’s Notice, filed on 22 February 2023, the claimant appeals the Order dated 22 February 2022 of HHJ Hacon, sitting as a High Court Judge, in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Intellectual Property List. Which dealt with inter alia whether certain information disclosed in the proceedings was to remain confidential.
The defendant’s also appeal the same order.
Issue – Whether information remains confidential if it could have been ascertained from other information in the public domain together with a detailed inspection and/or reverse engineering of a machine that is sold to the public.
