By Appellant’s Notice filed on 6 May 2022, the appellant appeals the decision of the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber dated 24 November 2021.
Background – The applicant arrived in January 2007 with student leave valid to May 2008. He then had valid leave until 26th February 2016 on which date he made an in-time application for ILR as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant which was refused. The refusal was confirmed on administrative review in a decision dated 10th October 2016. The applicant remained until 18th December 2018 when he made the present application for LTR on human rights grounds and on the basis of long residence.
