By Appellants Notice filed and sealed on 26 September 2022, the Appellant appeals the decision dated 14 June 2022 and promulgated on 22 June 2022 of the Upper Tribunal, made on appeal in respect of two decisions made by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
The UT found the DBS had not made mistakes in law or in the findings of fact on which its “decision” was based. They confirmed the decision.
The appeal to the UT challenged two decisions made by the DBS.
