The entirety of HHJ Jarman QC’s order is appealed and, in particular, HHJ Jarman QC’s decision to grant the Claimants the relief as sought in their Particulars of Claim and to dismiss the First Defendant’s counterclaim and additional claim against the Third Defendant.
The appeal arises out of a dispute over the shareholdings in La Micro Group Inc, an corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of California.
