This is an appeal against the Order of Andrew Baker J (28/11/22) that ordered that pursuant to CPR 24.2, summary judgment was entered for the First Defendant in the Claimant’s claim against the First Defendant, and the Claimant’s claim against the First Defendant was dismissed.
The litigation concerns 30 Mercedes Tourismo coaches supplied by EvoBus to Last Bus on hire purchase finance terms provided by Dawson.
