The Claimants/Appellants appeal the order dated 14 May 2021 of Zacaroli J. Permission to appeal was granted by the same order.
The Appellants/Claimants are landlords of commercial premises let to the First Respondent, New Look Retailers Limited. A company voluntary arrangement (CVA) took effect in relation to the Company on 15 September 2020 for the purposes of imposing substantial rent reductions on the Appellants and other landlords. The landlords challenge the CVA.
