Libyan Investment Authority & Ors –v- King & others

The Defendants appeal against the order of HHJ Simon Barker QC dated 3 March 2020 sitting as a High Court Judge in the Chancery Division, whereby the Claimants were permitted to re-amend their claim form and re-re-amend their particulars of claim following the original claims being summarily dismissed.
The First Claimant is the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) and the Second Claimant (LIA UK) is one of its UK companies. The Third Claimant is a corporate vehicle used by the LIA to enter into the joint venture with which this matter is concerned.
