The Defendant (D) appeals against the order made by HHJ Kelly (sitting in Birmingham District Registry on an application by the claimant for the committal of the defendant for breaching the terms of para 1 of an interim injunction granted by Hill J on 22 December 22 as amended by Ritchie J on 19 May 23 that on 6 August 23 at about 11.35 pm D participated in a street cruise and breached the injunction by participating in a street cruise and on D admitting to this conduct.
