Further to the order of HHJ Roberts dated 8 October 2020.. who granted permission to appeal (on amended grounds) and ordered the transfer up of the appeal to the Court of Appeal for the reasons in his order.
Recoverability of service charges. The Defendant leaseholder filed an Appellants Notice in the County Court on 21 May 2019 seeking permission to appeal DDJ Paul’s order dated 28 January 2019 giving judgment in the sum of £3663.72 and the consequential costs order.
