By Appellant’s Notice filed on 18 May 2023, the defendant appeals the order of Mr Recorder Douglas Campbell KC, sitting as a Judge of the Patents Court dated 27 April 2023.
The case concerned two actions for infringement of the claimant’s European patent (UK) no. 0 881 145. The actions were (1) brought by the claimant (“Lufthansa”) against Astronics and Safran, and (2) brought by the claimant against Panasonic.
The Patent concerns power supply systems used in aeroplane seats.
