By appellant’s notice filed on 21 December 2021, the appellant appeals the decision of the Upper Tribunal dated 25 July 2021 and promulgated on 17 September 2021, which dismissed his appeal.

MAH, a national of Egypt, appealed the First Tier Tribunal decision promulgated on 26 November 2019, which dismissed on all grounds his appeal against the SSHD decision of 10 December 2018 to refuse his asylum claim. MAH’s previous appeal against the same decision was dismissed by the FTT in 2019, and then set aside by the UT on 16 July 2019 and remitted back to the FTT for a new hearing.

The appellant left Egypt in 2015 aged 15 years and arrived in the UK in 2016, he fears that he will be persecuted/seriously harmed by the Egyptian authorities due to his father’s alleged involvement with the Muslim Brotherhood.
