The defendant/appellant appeals against the order of the High Court (Business and Property Court) (Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (Chancery Division) where it was declared that the first claimant/respondent is the sole author of a Screenplay and that the defendant/appellant was not a joint author of the Screenplay nor has she owned any copyright or other rights therein.
