By Appellant’s Notice filed on 25 May 2023, the Appellants appeal the decision, dated 17 May 2023, of Jonathan Richards J in which he refused permission for certain of the Appellants, who are defendant’s in an ongoing action, to amend their defences. As a consequence he also refused permission for the Defence that the Appellant’s wanted to raise to be tried as a preliminary issue.
