By Appellant’s Notice filed on 29 September 2022, the Defendant appeals the Order of Mr Justice Leech dated 8 September 2022 by which he granted an injunction that they should not interfere with the Claimant’s peaceful enjoyment of exclusive possession of the Property until and subject to any further order.
Background – The claim involves a dispute over the occupation of a property under a sub-lease granted in September 2014.
