Niramax Group Limited -v- Zurich Insurance PLC

This is an appeal against the of Mrs Justice Cockerill DBE dated 9 and 25 March 2020.
The Claimant is Niramax Group Limited, a recycling company. The Defendant, Zurich, is its insurers.
The claim was brought after the Defendant failed to pay out on an insurance claim made by the Claimant concerning a fire which destroyed a multi million pound sorting machine and other items of plant. The Defendant had refused to pay out on the basis that it had concerns about one of the shadow directors and that it considered relevant information had not been shared.
