The Claimant (C) appeals against the order made by the Employment Appeals Tribunal (Choudhury J) dated 19/6/19 dismissing his appeal from the ET’s decision dismissing his complaints of discrimination on the grounds of religious belief and victimisation following his removal from office as a lay magistrate.
This case is linked to another where the same EAT dismissed the C’s appeal on similar grounds in relation to the C’s removal as a non-executive director of the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.
