By Appellant’s Notice filed on 8/12/21, the Claimant appeals against the order made by the Employment Appeal Tribunal sealed on 17/11/21 dismissing C’s appeal from the ET’s decision sent to parties on 9/3/21.
C’s claim was struck out after she failed to comply with an unless order. She applied for reconsideration. That application was refused by ET. C appealed to the EAT ,which dismissed her appeals. This is the ruling she seeks to appeal.
