The Defendants appeal against the order made on 11/12/20 by Charles Morrison (sitting as Deputy Judge of the High Court) awarding summary judgment to C in relation to the two issues raised by the application and declaring that when the parties entered into the contract on 20/2/17, the Company was not prohibited under either Rightmove’s or Zoopla’s terms and conditions from placing adverts on either of those platforms on behalf of other commercial lettings agents.
The case concerns the proper interpretation of the standard terms and conditions of Rightmove and Zoopla (property listing platforms).
