By appellant’s notice filed on 17 October 2022, the Applicants/First and Second Defendants appeal, with the permission of HHJ Davis-White KC, sitting as a Deputy High Court Judge, his order of 20 September 2022, whereby he ordered that there was a technical dissolution of the family Partnership on the Claimant’s retirement, that the Claimant was entitled to a ¼ share in the Partnership assets and liabilities, that the Claimant was entitled to a ¼ share in the value of the 1994 Tenancy at the date of his retirement and the ongoing partners (D1 and D2) shall pay such value to the Claimant. HHJ Davis-White KC further ordered that there should be an inquiry into the value of the ¼ share of the 1994 Tenancy and made an order on the Claimant’s entitlement to interest.
