By Appellants Notice filed on 19 April 2023, Cambridge City Council (the Respondent below) appeal the order dated 29 March 2023 of HHJ Moloney KC sitting in County Court.
The Judge allowed the appeal brought by a Father against the Council’s review decision dated 24 November 2022, that their Part 6 offer of accommodation (a one bedroom flat) was suitable accommodation in discharge of their duty under s193 (2) of Housing Act.
