Appeal against the Order of Lieven J dated 10th February 2023 in respect of the dismissal of her claim for judicial review. The claim challenged the failure of the Respondent to determine her claim for leave outside the Rules and the process by which her application had been dealt with. Specifically, the challenge is to the refusal of the Respondent to consider the A’s application for LOTR and under Article 8 without first requiring A to submit biometric data.
