Re: K-R – By Appellant’s Notice filed on 8 June 2023, this is an appeal against the decision of Theis J, sitting in the Family Division of the High Court, dated 18 May 2023. The applicant father appeals the final order made on this date by which the Judge refused his application under the Hague Convention for the summary return to Mauritius of the subject children, following an application by one of the subject children to set aside a previous order ordering their return.
