By an Appellant’s Notice filed on 11 April 2023, this is an appeal against the decision of Mr Justice Newton, sitting in the Family Court dated 17 March 2023. The mother appeals the decision.
HHJ McPhee by order dated 23 November 2022 refused an application by the father that he recuse himself from the proceedings. Newton J allowed the appeal and remitted the case back and allocated the case to a different Judge.
